I love the feeling that one get's from this song!
But turn those drums down. The person below me might not have noticed, but the drums are the reason the mixing is wierd. For starters, because the drums are so loud and the reverb is on them, not only does the drum cut down the volume of all the other instruments, but the reverb on the drum does too. Don't worry about it too much though, it's happened to me plenty of times.
Everything else about this song is perfect. Perfectly spooky. Good use of sound effects and chords. It would have been a teensy bit spookier if not for the second set of drums, the drums are just a little too fancy in that part.
This song reminds me of dark, dark grey. To be more specific, it reminds me of a desolate street corner, at twilight, when it's really really foggy. One can see only the headlights of the few cars that go by. Next to you is a graveyard. The fog is really thick there.
BTW, that response to my one thread post, the one about the kid with the techno song, was fucking hilarious. Don't even care if it was directed at me. That's the only reason I reviewed this song.
